Our Solution
Achieve labor-saving and error-free medical material supply by automated operations
We provide medical materials to medical institutions every day in Medical Supply business. Many people are involved in the management of medical materials until they reach the patient, and each item is manually packaged and managed not to mistake the type of materials delivered to the hospitals. These conventional operations require a great deal of labor and time, and with concerns about labor shortages in the future, countermeasures to improve this situation are required to continue to support medical scenes.
In Osaka Solution Center (OSC), we automate a series of operations from arrival to shipment by adopting cutting-edge automatic logistics equipment, significantly reducing the burden on staff and at the same time improving inventory efficiency and productivity. This new initiative developed in OSC provides a stable supply of medical materials to medical institutions throughout the Kansai area, and is making a significant contribution to strengthening regional medical service.

Our Solution
First attempt in medical materials industry,
Managing all medical materials with RFID

Osaka Solution Center manages tens of thousands of medical materials.
As first attempt in medical materials industry, all packaged medical materials have RFID tags on them for the data management. By using RFID tags, inventory can be managed at all times, making it possible to supply medical materials more safely, accurately and quickly. At the same time, it is possible to easily manage expiration dates and usage history also in the hospital.
In addition, we will utilize the big data accumulated by associating the movements of these materials, and will contribute to the realization of traceability of medical materials and SCM* in the future by operating Osaka Solution Center.

*SCM (Supply Chain Management): A management method that optimizes the overall distribution of raw materials, components, and products by sharing information such as ordering, inventory, sales, and distribution within the company or with related business partners.
