Human Rights
Policies
The Group acknowledges the potential direct or indirect impact on human rights during business operations and actively promotes respect for the rights of all individuals involved in our business activities.
For employees, we clearly communicate our approach to human rights in the Corporate Behavior Standards and aim to instill this understanding through various training programs. Based on these frameworks, we commit to the respect and protection of fundamental human rights.
We also believe that human rights initiatives should extend beyond group executives and employees to include all stakeholders, such as business partners.
