The Group provides a consistent, comprehensive package of services designed to meet the needs of medical institutions being constructed, relocated, expanded, or renovated. The Group is able to provide planning/administration consulting, sell or lease medical devices/facilities, do construction work and provide other services as needed. In addition, the Group manufactures, sell and maintain surgical lighting (shadowless lights), operating rooms, ICUs and medical gas supply systems; develop, sell and maintain medical information systems; and manufacture and sell nursing care baths and rehabilitation equipment.

The Group provides total produce services designed to meet the needs of medical institutions including University Hospitals and Regional Core Hospitals being constructed and remodeled. The Group builds the environment which medical staff can promote projects of construction and remodel as concentrating on medicine without extra effort through providing one-stop service such as planning/administration consulting, total sales of medical devices/facilities, construction work and providing other services as needed, from pre-hospital to post-opening.

SENDAI KOUSEI HOSPITAL (Miyagi prefecture)

Medical Facility (MF) including electricity, air-conditioner, water supply and drainage, and steam, is needed to functionate medical equipment. Complicated adjustment between hospital buildings is also needed. The Group treat x-ray film since its establishment and has sold, carried and installed a lot of radiation device and accumulates its know-how. The Group now has high technology of MF technology. With utilizing this advantage, the Group produces construction of medical facility of operating rooms, hybrid operating rooms, medical gas and Central Material Room Equipment as compiling requests of hospital staff, design office and building equipment company. In addition, the Group suggests various hospital renewals including design-build under prime contract because many well-experienced Construction Management Engineers belong to the Group.

CENTRAL UNI CO., LTD. conducts supply system of medical gas and construction of operating rooms. Yamada Shadowless Lamp Co., Ltd. has top share of surgical lighting (shadowless lights) in Japan. SAKAI Medical Co., Ltd. is a well-established company and manufactures nursing care baths and rehabilitation equipment. They supply advanced products and are highly rated.

It is the unique managing system which is knowledgeable with medical and welfare facilities. It was opened by merging the city hospital and the private hospital into the core hospital which becomes the new medical base in the region. The Group cooperated to make “the hospital for citizens to be relieved and trust”, which rooms are all privates and has sufficient supporting center for patients.

The Group provided the most advanced medical equipment and comprehensive service in order to realize the basic policy of “selecting and concentrating” when SENDAI KOUSEI HOSPITAL was constructed and relocated. The Group realized the comfort and safe medical environment in order for hospitals to support high quality of system of treatment and patient-first-care. The Group contributes to improve the quality of regional medicine and continues to grow as the reliable medical partner together.

We cooperated to construct the hospital which provides “high quality and heartful medicine”, as the project of reconstruction from the basic plan to relocation. The hospital is one with specific functions which becomes the core of regional medicine, under the philosophy of “We provide medicine with heart, which respects human lives and treating people with sickness”.

The Group further expands Total Pack Produce Business and also support the expansion of the large scale and combined clinic.
Aile Home Clinic Nagaoka, which is a large scale and combined clinic with seven departments. It contributes to urban development from medical care as urban redevelopment project in Otedori destrict in front of the Nagaoka station. The clinic jointly uses CT which was installed from the Group. The images from the CT are remotely read by doctors who are specialized in image diagnosis in Osaka University via Osaka Advanced Medical Imaging Center in the Group. It enables patients to receive highly specialized image diagnosis in their hometown.

The Future Medical International Hub “Nakanoshima Qross” is a hub where medical institutions, companies, startups, and support organizations gather under one roof to build an ecosystem that facilitates close collaboration across organizational boundaries. The Group has been participating in Organization for Advanced Healthcare Innovation, which is the governing body of “Nakanoshima Qross” since November 2019, widely supported multiple hospitals and clinics from their stage of design and planning to open and post-opening phases. Additionally, we have opened the dispensing pharmacy “Midori Pharmacy Nakanoshima store.”
