Group’s business

The Group provides “meals” to medical institutions and nursing care facilities.

The Group provides food provision service and restaurant service for medical institutions and nursing care facilities. The Group also provides special meals for events in facilities in order for patients and residents to feel the joy of having meals with events in each season.
In addition, the Group provides food provision service for medical institutions and nursing care facilities and food distribution service for general customers through providing the low-salt lunch box, which jointly developing with National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center and sells fully cooked foods “Dream Kitchen”

Operating its own factories, which fully managed hygiene

Takamatsu factory and Sakaide factory in Kagawa prefecture have hygiene management based on HACCP system.

Food provision service “Dream Kitchen” for elderly homes

The number of providing fully cooked foods “Dream Kitchen” steadily increases because of the large demand of elderly homes which are suffering from the shortage of cooking staff.
The Group try to enhance efficiency and quality by outsourcing manufacturing and mutual utilization of facilities within the Group. The Group not only targets facilities operated by Group companies but also expands the sales route for customers out of the Group and scale of business.

The meals by Dream Kitchen have only two steps, defrosting and arrangement!

Cooking needs human resources and time! Don’t you have such problems?
Meals by Dream Kitchen only need decoction of hot water for 10 to 12 minutes in case of hot dish and defrosting under running water or refrigerated defrosting for cold dish! Dream Kitchen can provide stable quality food without labor and time because anyone can easily cook.

Our effort

Sales and delivery service of the low-salt lunch box

The Group provides sales and delivery service by joint development with National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center. The low-salt lunch box not only limits salt but also it is a heathy meal which has low calories and considers nutrient including dietary fiber and potassium (K). Individual customer utilize it.

PARK CAFE BRANCO

The Group opened “PARK CAFE BRANCO” in Esaka Park, which the Group was selected as a designated manager in Park-PFI project, a public offering installation management system.
The café has parklike swings and it makes the café playful. Customers can take out and enjoy the meal in the park.

Food provision in GAMBA OSAKA academy dormitory

GAMBA OSAKA, which the Group has partnership contract with, established GAMBA OSAKA academy dormitory “Seisho dormitory” in 2018. The Group provides meals in Seisho dormitory and support meals for human resource who play a leading role in the future.

The Group not only manufactures and sells Osechi for the new years but also provides food for medical institutions and nursery homes.
