Code of Corporate Ethics

We SHIP HEALTHCARE Group set 8 principles as Corporate Ethics Charter in order to recognize the importance of Corporate Ethics based on compliance, further fulfill corporate governance and exist and prosper with trust as a useful corporation for the society in the future, based on “SHIP” Philosophy, structural change of economic and social system, and the social responsibility of and belonging to Medicine, Health, Welfare, Nursing care, and Services, the industry which has important role to the society,

We provide commodity which satisfy customer genuine needs and fine services from the perspective of customers.

Maintain and develop the relationships with stakeholders

We put importance on the relationships with stakeholders such as shareholders, customers and clients, local society and employees, and make effort to maintain and develop appropriate and friendly relationships.

Maintain the transparency of management

We maintain healthy and appropriate relationships by fair, transparent and free competition under the economical system.

Respects human rights

We respect not only individual human rights, personality and individuality but also its of employees’ in all corporate activities.

Appropriate disclosure of information and management of important one

We put importance on the relationships with stakeholders such as shareholders, customers and clients, local society and employees, and make effort to maintain and develop appropriate and friendly relationships.

Aggressively dealing with issues of safety and environment

We recognize that efforts for issues of safety and environment are required for company to exist and act and voluntary and aggressively deal with ensuring safety and environmental preservation.

Putting importance on social justice

We comply with laws and regulations as a good corporate citizen and deal with antisocial forces and organizations with the strong recognition of social justice.

Notifying and enforcing the Charter

The top of the management recognizes the achievement of the spirit of the Charter is quite important for corporates to operate, exist and develop, take the initiative of maintaining the corporate structure and notify and thorough to employees.
