Efforts to Manage Work Hours Appropriately and Reduce Overtime

We leverage an attendance management system to objectively record and manage working hours through the following initiatives:

Monitoring annual paid leave usage (including reminders for non-users)

Creating annual paid leave records

Managing and issuing warnings about overtime work (including managerial staff)

Ensuring compliance with overtime limits

Childcare Support System

Since FY2022, we have introduced a childcare support system that provides a lump sum payment to employees to reduce financial burdens associated with childbirth or school enrollment.
This range of initiatives ensures that we foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees.

Occupational Health and Safety

The Group regularly convenes safety and health committees to clarify essential actions for preventing workplace accidents and ensuring a safe, comfortable work environment. Discussions are transparently shared within the company.

All company vehicles are equipped with telematics recorders and, where necessary, studded tires.
Alcohol checks and record-keeping before and after driving are mandatory at all domestic offices using alcohol testers.

Conducting Health Checkups

To detect illnesses early and promote health, we conduct regular health checkups. In addition to statutory items, we have expanded our examination categories and actively encourage secondary checkups.

Implementing Stress Checks

To understand employee stress levels, raise awareness, and prevent mental health issues, we regularly conduct stress checks. These evaluations identify workplace stressors and allow us to implement improvements, fostering a healthier and more productive work environment.
